Biography

Chris Kelley is a programmer/analyst for the International Development Group at RTI International. Mr. Kelley works on projects that involve software development, remote networking, and systems administration. He is actively involved in the development of health information systems at the point of care. Mr. Kelley is the primary software developer of the Zambia Electronic Perinatal Records System (ZEPRS), a perinatal and HIV/AIDS patient record system for the Lusaka Health District in Zambia that manages over 200,000 patients. He has developed similar projects in Kenya and South Africa, all using open source software. He has 14 years of experience working on health information systems, systems integration, and Web-content management for mid to large-sized institutions, such as the city of Austin, TX; Baylor University; IBM; Dell; Micron; and RTI.
